The United Arab Emirates (UAE) consists of the seven small emirates of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al-Khaimah, Ajman, Umm Al-Qaiwain, and Fujairah, which were united as a federal state on 2 December 1971. Before the establishment of the oil economy in the early 1960s, two main orientations shaped traditional Emeriati culture: the nomadic desert-oriented Bedouins with small oasis farming within the broader context of the desert economy and culture, and the sea-oriented culture that revolved around pearling and sea trading. These subcultures were economically, politically, and socially interdependent, creating a common culture and social identity. The UAE shares significant aspects of its culture with neighboring Arab countries and the larger Arab culture.

Arrive Dubai. After completing the immigration formalities, you will be transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day will be free for leisure. You can take some optional tour and just explore the city on your own. Overnight will be at the hotel.

Breakfast in the hotel. After breakfast, you will be taken for a half day city sightseeing tour of Dubai. Rest of the day will be free for leisure. Today you can also buy an optional Dhow Cruise. Overnight at the hotel.

Breakfast in the hotel. After that the full day is free for leisure. You can spend the day shopping in the large no. of shopping malls which are there in Dubai. In the evening, you can take an optional Desert Safari tour.

After breakfast in the hotel, you may have some time for last minute shopping (as per your flight schedule). Check-out and transfer to the airport for your return flight.
