UMRAH TOUR ITINERARY:-

DAY 01
Departure from International Airport (report 4 hours before departure) to arrive Jeddah same day and after clearing all the local formalities at airport we shall be proceeding to Makkah Mukarrama by AC coach to arrive on the same night. Here our stay will be of 07/10/20 days. In these 07/10/20 days perform Umrah and there will be OPTIONAL one day programme of local Ziyarat such as Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifa, Jabal-E-Noor, Jabal-E-Soor & Jannat-UL-Mala.

DAY 07/10/20
After Zohar depart for Madina Munawwara by AC coach and arrive on the same day. Visit the 2nd most sacred place of Islam the Masjid-E-Nabvi,where our stay shall be of 07/10/20 days and in these days our blessed pilgrims shall have one day OPTIONAL program of local Ziyarat visiting all the Historical places in Madina i.e. Masjid-E-Quba, Masjid-E-Qiblatain, Saba-Masajid, and Jabal-E-Uhud.

DAY 15/20/30
After Zohar, we shall leave for Jeddah International Airport to board our flight to India and arrive next day. Tour Concludes.

Makkah - Stay in Star Hotel at 150-450 meters only, from Haram Sharif.
Madina - Stay in Star Hotel at 50-100 meters only, from Masjid-E-Nabawi.
Variety of Food provided by AL-BADAR Chefs.
All road transfers by A/C Coach.

Requirements -
Indian passport valid for at least 06 months and 04 photographs 4 x 6 cm in size & 04 photographs passport size with white background. In case of foreign nationals long term Indian visa is required with P.O.I or O.C.I. card or travelling with an Indian passport holder (Related as Mehram).

NOTE* : A vaccination certificate proving the passenger is fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to travel from the following approved vaccines.

Age Restrictions: Overseas pilgrims under the age of 18 will not be allowed to travel to Saudia
A Negative RTPCR test report of not more than 72 hours old is required to travel for Umrah. The test is not included in the price.
RTPCR test is mandatory to return to India. This will be conducted in Saudi Arabia. The cost of the same is included in the package.
All guests must download and register on TAWAKKALNA App within 8 hours of arrival to Kingdom.

Booking Policy -
Pay a minimum of 50% per person to Book your tour.
Balance amount to be paid 20 days before departure or the booking will get cancelled without informing.

The tour costs have been based on Net Airfare of Rs.57,000/- Ex-Srinagar, Chennai,Banglore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Rs48,000/- Ex-Mumbai, Rs.48,000/-Ex-Delhi,48,000/ and Saudi Riyal at the rate @ Rs 20/-.Any increase in the above rates at the time of delivery of passport before departures of the tour shall be collected from the passengers as per the prevailing exchange rate of that day. Flight schedule and Itinerary are subject to change without prior notice. Subjected to BTQ Passengers only. Subject to Srinagar Jurisdiction only. As per the government rules you are entitled to pay and take up to US $ 10,000/- under BTQ (Adult/Child) each year from RBI authorised foreign exchange dealers. Out of this entitlement of US $ 10,000/- the dollar component of the tour you choose shall be deducted from your BTQ to be paid abroad for your Hotels, Meals and making your tour arrangements. 20 Days -50% of Tour Cost will be charged to the traveller
Less than 10 Days-100% of Tour Cost will be charged to the traveller
