Spread across 12 kms along a ridge that overlooks terraced hillsides and cultivations, Shimla is magnificently robed in dense forests of oak and pine, fur and rhododendron, and it is best to travel here on the slow train from Kalka. Shimla also is a convenient base for variety of adventure sports such as Skiing, Trekking, Fishing and Golfing etc.

Once called the “end of the habitable world,” Manali is an important hill station of northern India and is the destination of thousands of tourists every year. It’s cool atmosphere provides a perfect haven for the ones afflicted by the hot Indian summers. Besides offering quite a few places for sightseeing, Manali is also famous for adventure sports like skiing, hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, rafting, trekking, kayaking, and mountain biking. In brief, Manali-the veritable “valley of the Gods”-is an ideal place for the ones in search of both adventure and comfort.

Arrive Delhi, directly transfer to Shimla. Check into the resort. Rest of the day at leisure and overnight at resort.

One of the most popular hill Resorts of the North. The town is situated at an altitude of 6810 ft, initially chosen as a sanatorium for invalid European officers, but soon developed into a big hill town and became the summer capital of the country. There are ample opportunities in Shimla for sports. Riding in Jakhu, Tennis and Squash at the club racing and Cricket at annandale, Golf at Naldera and winter sking at Kufri. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Drive from Shimla to Manali (280 Kms 09 hrs). Enroute visit Kullu. Then proceed to Manali. On arrival check into the hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Walk through town visiting newly constructed Buddhist Monastery. Hadimba Devi temple-It is small temple situated in the dense forest is very interesting . Hadimba is said to be the wife of Bhima from the epic of Mahabharata. Vashist, it is an extremely picturesque little place clinging to the steep hill side. On the way up to the village you come upon the Vashist hot baths where a natural sulphar spring is piped into a modern bath -house. Dinner and overnight at Manali.

Full day tour of Rohtang Pass – The majesty of the mountains and the glaciers can be seen at their best, you have next two hours to enjoy this snowy haven. Take a sledge ride down the slopes, try your luck climbing the little snow hills. On your descents to Manali, halt at the Rahalla falls and Solang Valley. The Magnificent views and natural beauty are a never-ending source of delight. Also halt at Marhi, Ralha falls, Nehru Kund. Return to the hotel for Overnight stay at Manali.

After breakfast check check out from the hotel & transfer to Delhi and check in the hotel & Overnight stay at hotel.

Arrive at Delhi Airport / Railway station and on arrival directly transfer to hotel and check in the hotel. Later proceed to local sightseeing to Old Delhi-Red Fort: The red stone walls of the fort extend from 2kms and vary in height from 18m on the riverside to 33m on the city side. The hall of public audiences, the hall of private audiences, the royal baths and Moti Masjid built by Aurangzeb for himself are important part of the immense fort. Jama Masjid: It is the largest mosque in India and the final architectural extravagance of Shanjahan. Raj Gath: The memorial of Mahatma Gandhi where he was cremated after his assassination. Later visit Lotus Temple. Later drop at Delhi Airport / Railway station for final departure with sweet memories   of your tour with AL-Badar Tours & Travels.

NOTE: In Manali Rohtang pass will not be covered by our vehicle due to Union Problem in Manali.
